I spent several days going back-and-forth on details of the project and my deadline I needed it done by and they just told me that they are too far away and would have to overcharge me to make it worth their while. It’s nice they admitted that but they also wasted a lot of my time and now I don’t have the project done.

Everybody is like family to me so everyone gets a discount
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send a picture to my phone so I know what type of project I'll be doing. If so I'll travel to your location to verify measurements. I normally invoice customers the price plus receipt when the job is finished.
