I had an infidelity issue that Lieutenant Bowden investigated and gave me the results that I needed to move on in my life. I would 100% use the Bowden group for all future endeavors. Communication was great at first. Everything went pretty smoothly, and was very happy initially. On game day though, my investigator wasn’t able to get eyes where I needed them, which isn’t entirely his fault, but at the end of the day, I paid for a service that wasn’t complete. My investigator was extremely friendly and professional though. I was told I should receive a report the next day. Well it’s been over a month now and haven’t heard from anyone regarding my case which is the reason for the 3 stars. The money went to waste as I didn’t get what I needed, but I guess that’s the way it goes sometimes. Other than that, I did have nice communication with this company before “Game day”

My pricing is simple and negotiable.. We provide discounts to seniors, military and can establish payment arrangements if necessary. We work with everyone in attempts to earn their business immediately. Please contact me for a free consultation. I would like to discuss pricing in addition to your investigative and/or security needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide free consultation and reference letters upon request to establish a level of credibility. When then establish and develop an understanding of how this agency will best suit your needs. We work out a fair, respective quote and proceed with servicing the client after payment is rendered. The process is simple!!!!!!!
