I cannot say enough good things about Dedicated. I hired them through Thumbtack for what I thought was going to be an extremely difficult moving job, and they completely exceeded my expectations.

I needed two pieces of furniture, each weighing roughly 100 lbs, moved from one level of my home up to a loft more than 20 feet high. To make things even more complicated, the pieces were just about too large to fit up my spiral staircase. I genuinely wasn’t sure it could even be done.

Jamal came in, assessed the situation, immediately came up with a plan, and had both pieces upstairs within about 20 minutes. I was absolutely amazed. Something that seemed like it was going to be a huge ordeal was handled quickly, confidently, and professionally.

What impressed me most was the problem solving. He didn’t hesitate or make the job seem impossible, he looked at the space, figured out exactly what needed to be done, and executed it.

Dedicated has absolutely earned my business. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who needs moving, furniture relocation, or heavy lifting done. After this experience, they will be the first and only company I call for moving and heavy lifting jobs in the future.
