Great attention to detail. My apartment was so clean that when I woke up in the morning I thought I was in the twilight zone.

I have used several cleaning services and I must say that this is the best one Ive used and will continue to use them. The one thing I enjoy that they were on time and my house smells clean. They re-organize a few things which looks much better so very pleased and satisfied with Total Clean.
Total Services Group LLC's reply
Thank you so much for your kind words, Vanessa! It was a pleasure working for you and looking forward to your next visit.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard cleans start at $150 and deep cleans at $300, based on home size and condition. Recurring clients (weekly, biweekly, monthly) get lower rates after the first clean. We’ll confirm your exact price before booking, with no surprise fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send us your home size, number of bathrooms, and what you need. We’ll give you a clear quote and book a time that works for you. Our team arrives on time with supplies, follows a detailed checklist, and we follow up after to make sure you’re happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every team member is background-checked, insured, and trained on our room-by-room cleaning checklist before working in client homes. We focus on consistency, so your home gets the same standard every visit.
