Safari Charles is an excellent realtor. She took her time to get to know me and understand my individual needs. It didnt feel transactional or impersonal. This was my first time selling a home and after an unpleasant experience with another, I was not going to be easy to please. But, Safari went over and beyond to explain the process, make professional recommendations, having my home staged, and doing open house events. Her folllow-up and attention to detail was impeccable. Safari removed a lot of my anxiety about the process and made my experience wonderful!

Safari was not only professional but very relatable. She went above and beyond in order to try and get me closed on a home. Even though I was unable to close due to matters out of both of our control, she remained positive the entire time while lifting my spirits up due to the frustrations I was going through with a very unprofessional loan officer. I look forward to working with her again and would definitely recommend her to everyone else.
