- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we determine the client is a good fit, we begin onboarding by gathering access to their accounts and assets. Then we research their industry, competitors, and target audience. We hold a strategy call to align on goals, then develop a content plan tailored to those objectives. We set up a Slack channel for communication and a Google Drive folder for file sharing. For local clients, we also schedule content filming. We move quickly because we know that in marketing, every delay is a missed opportunity to grow and generate revenue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and have served as a Social Media Specialist with the FDA (Food and Drug Administration). I’ve also worked with a variety of companies, including Winners Chapel International. I make it a point to bring highly skilled creatives onto my team—some of whom are experts in areas I delegate—so that we consistently produce excellent, strategic content.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always loved creating content and helping others grow their businesses. With a background in Business Administration and a passion for marketing, I started creating content in 2015 and officially began helping businesses in 2019. By 2021, I registered Zoe Creative Studio and began my building a team. Today, we’re a full-service marketing agency with a strong focus on social media strategy, video content creation and web design.
