Roman Tupilkin is a very professional worker. I scheduled an estimate for Roman to provide his professional opinion about a 60 inch TV that I wanted mounted on the wall, and he showed up on time at 5:00pm on a Tuesday evening. Not only did Roman have great ideas about how I could setup my TV and speakers, but he was able to do the work immediately that night since I already had a wall mount that I had purchased on an earlier date. He was able to successfully install the wall mount that I purchased on Amazon with no problems at all. He had all his tools ready and even took the time to clean up during and after the installation. He concealed all of the wires from my audio/video equipment. The finished job looks better than the pictures displayed on his profile. I couldn't be happier with the work that Roman performed. I will definitely be using Roman and AV-iDEA in the future to satisfy my needs. Thank you.

Roman came out the same day! He was fair in price, not the cheapest, not the most expensive. He was professional and did an excellent job hanging my tv. I would certainly recommend Roman to friends and family alike.

The service from AVidea was excellent. They were on time and finished promptly, and were very thorough about making sure all the components worked properly before leaving. The price was as quoted and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again. The TV looks great!

I was already sold on another provider and got Roman's bid at the last moment. I was struck with how professional and detailed his quote was. I asked several questions and he was able to answer all of my questions with ease. Although his price was slightly more than the other provider, when I worked the math I found for the level of professionalism and quick accurate answers to my questions that the extra would be worth it. As I communicated with Roman I found that I was really in need of more than I had originally thought I was, this was very helpful. I felt comfortable with Roman and not pressured to make a decision. I will update this when my job is done.
