- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and upfront. I always confirm the final price before the appointment — no hidden fees and no surprises upon arrival. Pricing depends on the size of the furniture, fabric type, and level of staining. I occasionally offer bundle discounts when multiple items are cleaned at the same time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I review photos and details of the furniture to understand fabric type and condition. Then I provide a clear upfront price. On the day of service, I inspect and test the fabric, perform deep cleaning with eco-friendly, child- and pet-safe products, and make sure the customer is satisfied with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on professional training in upholstery and fabric cleaning, stain removal, and proper fabric testing. I continuously learn and improve my techniques to safely clean materials like cotton, polyester, suede, and mixed fabrics.
