- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our standard process is to provide a clear understanding to the customer of the problem and to ensure the customer their understanding from start, during and completion the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 35 years of experience in the construction field I continue my education in all areas from Home Improvement to home inspection license to license HVAC. I perform annual educational updates for new technology to provide savings to the customer
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I totally remodeled a house for a 93 year old lady. I did not charge her a penny with the exception of materials and additional labor needed a 80 to $95,000 project for $33,000.
