ABC Plumbing Water Works

Hello, The property management called for our service to come out and do some repairs. The house was very old and everything that was mentioned on the repair list was addressed and repaired during the visit. After the work was completed the tenant gave me a phone number to contact property management for payment. Home owner/ management sent payment. After a weeks time I received another phone call from patron about mold in closet and noise coming from pipe. After visiting the residence for the third time and seeing the closet in question. The closet was full of mold. That type of mold does not occur over a course of days or weeks. The mold had been in that closet for a long time and after searching further I discovered an leak in upstairs bathroom behind tiling. I let patron know that tile needed to come down to have repairs done. There are not access panels to said pipe. The plumbing is on the interior wall. The only way possible to get to pipe would be to tear the wall down and going inside of next door neighbors home to have permission to tear there walls down. The problem is not easy feat which was explained to property manager. It is also a costly job and was never mentioned until days after first repair. After explaining all of this to the manager they claimed that the work of tearing down tiling was included in price. ABC plumbing prides ourselves in professionalism and customer service. The property manager at no time came to site to see anything or address anything in person. She was a third party and I believe that's where the communication got misconstrued.
