Hector was incredible! We got quoted a ridiculous amount of money from another company to remove some drywall just to diagnose the issue. Not including the diagnostic fee or repairs. Hector responded within 2 minutes to my request and was at my home within 15 minutes. The leak and rushing water in our bathroom pipes was fixed within the hour. His pricing was incrediblyreasonable! There aren'tmany folks that do honest and quality work nowadays. We will be using Hector again!!! Thanks Hector!!!

I hired Hector to assemble four backyard trellises. Unfortunately, when Hector opened the boxes containing the trellis parts, he discovered that none of the trellises came with the small parts (screws, bolts, nuts, wrenches, etc.) needed to assemble the pieces. Undeterred, Hector advised me how to work with the trellis company to either send the replacement parts or get a refund. He wrote out for me a description of what was missing and took pictures of the parts, which he forwarded to me for use when I approached the trellis company. He carefully stacked the four boxes of trellises and covered them with a tarp to protect them from the rain. Because he was already at my house, he asked if there were other small jobs he could do for me instead. Actually, I had a list I was compiling--fix the backyard fence and gate (the fence was badly slanted after a series of botched previous repairs so that the gate was too low, scraping against the concrete sidewalk when trying to open it and making the latch difficult to close); replace an old screen door latch with a new one; dismantle an old wooden garden arbor and bring it to the curb for bulk trash pickup, swap out an old garden hose with a new one, moving the old hose to the curb as well for trash pickup, and patch wall paper in the hallway that had come loose but was too high for me to reach. Hector not only fixed everything on my list, but he also far exceeded my expectations. He straightened our garden fence by cutting away metal tubing that was too long and repositioning the fence on both sides of the gate. The result is a perfectly straight fence with a gate that closes easily and no longer drags across the concrete. He dismantled and disassembled the old garden arch, moving it to the curb in a neat stack, along with the old garden hose laying neatly on top of it ready for bulk trash pickup next week. Hector carefully wrapped the new hose around the wall-mounted hose holder and instructed me on how to unwrap it with minimum effort. He next replaced my old screen door handle/latch with a new one I had purchased. But more than that, he fixed the side door catch which had never been installed properly so the screen door latch never shut firmly. I had learned to live with it over the years, but Hector insisted it be done right and fixed it really quickly, so it works like it is supposed to and closes shut perfectly! And the wallpaper is gorgeous again. Hector told me he insists on doing every job properly and making sure his customers are well taken care and happy with the results. Hector tells me he is knowledgeable and experienced in all sorts of jobs--plumbing, painting, remodeling, etc. He said he recently did a kitchen remodel just down the street from my house. I am ecstatic at all the great work Hector did. Oh, and he is a very cheerful guy, very enthusiastic, listens to every concern and works very quickly and efficiently. The guy is terrific. BTW, the trellis company very quickly and apologetically agreed to send replacement parts, thanks in large part to Hector's detailed input. When the parts come in, I will gladly call Hector back to do the assembly, his schedule permitting, of course.
