Hector is not just a great handyman — he's a home maintenance and improvement coach. He took the time to survey my property and recommend easy fixes. This was in addition to the work that he completed — a custom door frame job that many others had turned down. It wasn't an easy job because the door and wall were not level, and there was a pipe going through the door frame. He really helped me fix the problem, and improved my unit. I appreciate the experience working with kind and genuine people like this, who are there to help. I feel a greater 'pride of ownership' about my rental unit after working with Hector. Thank you!
