I had a great experience with Hector! From start to finish, he was VERY professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. He was at my house within an hour of my initial request from Thumbtack.

Hector took the time to clearly explain the issue and walked me through the repair process, which I really appreciated. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Left ZERO MESS in my bathroom. Even made water saving recommendations for me.

What stood out most was his honesty and professionalism—he didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services and made sure I felt confident in the solution. It’s hard to find reliable service like this, and I’ll definitely be calling him again for any future plumbing needs.

Hector did a great job. He showed up early, examined our toilet, found out the issue, and replaced the water pump. Once he finished he explained why it happens and what to look for in the future. Definitely will recommend him in the future.
