Hechtor arrived twenty minutes before the scheduled time. He changed my locks in no time under an hour. He showed me what the previous lock installer did wrong, which explained why I had so many problems with the previous locks. The prior installer left out important clips that stabilized the lock. The new locks were perfect and worked well. I recommend Hector. I plan to use his service on many jobs in my home.
