Communication: David reached out to me via Thumbtack over the weekend. He communicated with me throughout the process and we developed a good understanding of the issues/problem, and our expectations of each other. Prior to actually doing the work (after determining the root cause of the issue), David's technician called me to explain the cost and the time it would take to perform the work. He was very clear and articulate. Although I am well-versed in HVAC terminology, he really explained things just in case. When David set up the appointment he explained the service call fee and made sure I understood that was separate from the actual repair. He went above and beyond to explain. Professionalism: The technician showed up within the window of time promised. He was ready to work, had a professional appearance and deameanor, and addressed the problem without any extra chit chat. Timeliness: As I mentioned before David communicated with me over the weekend and made sure he was timely with communication. The technician showed up within the window of time promised. In fact, he showed up early within the window instead of the last minute. When the tech had to leave to go get parts, he gave us a timeline of when he would return so we could schedule around him appropriately. When he returned with parts, he promptly went to work and got the job done quickly. Satisfaction: I am 100% satisfied. I plan to call David back if I ever have any other HVAC issues. I plan to replace the entire unit at some point (14 years old), and I will ask David to provide consultation during the process. David and his helper did a great job providing maintenance to our air handler. He chemically cleaned our blower wheel and took at look at the entire HVAC system. He will come back in the Spring when it's warmer to complete work on the outdoor unit. David is friendly and very knowledgeable, and I found his prices competitive. I would certainly hire again.

After shopping around for an air conditioning repair technician, I decided to go with Supreme Comfort based on all of the positive feedback this company receives. After hiring Supreme Comfort, I can attest that all of the positive reviews are 100% warranted! Prior to hiring Supreme Comfort, David was EXTREMELY responsive to any and all concerns I had regarding my air conditioning unit. Once I committed to hiring Supreme Comfort, scheduling a time for a technician to come was a breeze! David worked around my schedule and a technician was sent ASAP. On the day of my appointment, I received a phone call from David approximately 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment to verify that a technician was on his way. The technician arrived promptly and was very professional throughout the entire job. After the job was complete, David got me on the phone again to ensure that I was satisfied with the completed project (which I was). Like others have said, there are no hidden fees, and if the technician believes any additional costs may be incurred, they are upfront and honest about what the additional costs may be. If anything goes wrong with my heating or air conditioning unit in the future, it's nice to know a reliable and honest technician is only a phone call away! Fair pricing, professionalism, and excellent customer service!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute in 1991 from the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration (HVACR) program.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was always good with my hand. Taking apart stuff at home when I was little. After high school I decided to take up auto mechanics (never looked under the hood of a car) but after an evaluation the counselor at Lincoln tech said "I think you'll like HVAC better" & the rest is history! Lol
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types from service (fixing broke stuff ;-)), preventive maintenance & installations.
