I am highly recommending Supreme Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone who need a heating and air conditioning service, as well as a air duct/dryer vent cleaning service. My dryer was not running efficiently and needed a dry vent cleaning. I called Sears Home Service to clean my dryer vent since they have a big name. They told me that they were running promotion and can get my vent cleaning and dryer vent cleaning for $189. However, on the day of the service, instead of cleaning my vents and dryer vent as stated in the contract, the technician went into our furnace system, and told me that my furnace is dirty and that he will clean my furnace for additional $600, otherwise, he would not clean the air vent for me. I told him that $600 was way too expensive for cleaning the furnace, and I don't want the service. The Sears guy simply got out of the furnace and left. After his left, I found that we didn't have hot water. The air-conditioning and heating was no longer working. I had to call Sears again, but the customer service told me that the technician had never come inside the furnace; it was my responsibility to fix the air-condition/heating unit and hot water tank. However, they are willing to send the technician to our house to clean the furnace on Wednesday. That means that I have to live without air-condition/heating and hot water for another 3 days. So I called Supreme Comfort on Sunday afternoon. Dave Whatley answered the phone. After he learned my situation, he came on Monday morning, fixed my air-condition/heating system, and hot water, and then cleaned my furnace, 10 vents, 1 dryer vent, and 1 outside coil unit for only $350. The work he did is fantastic. He video-taped everything of what happened on my furnace, the hot water tank (which was turned off purposely by Sear technician since I am not willing to pay additional $600 to clean the furnace). After he finished job, he tested everything to make sure that the system is running fine before he left. I could not be happier for the service. Dave is very responsible, very honest, and very good on what he is doing. I could not find anyone else who can provide a high quality service with a very affordable amount of money ($350 vs. $789 from Sears). I will use him for my yearly air-condition/heating system maintenance and any related repair.

We just moved into our home and wanted to have the air ducts cleaned due to lack of air flow and the amount of debris in the system. They did a good job. Arrived on time and completed the air duct cleaning within a few hours. The air conditioning has better air flow and the air is free of dust.

No cold air coming out of vent, we thought our freon level was too low and when David came he actually found a leak in the HVAC. David was very capable and courteous and fixed it for a very reasonable price. Now our house is so cool! I will definitely use him again in the future.

After shopping around for an air conditioning repair technician, I decided to go with Supreme Comfort based on all of the positive feedback this company receives. After hiring Supreme Comfort, I can attest that all of the positive reviews are 100% warranted! Prior to hiring Supreme Comfort, David was EXTREMELY responsive to any and all concerns I had regarding my air conditioning unit. Once I committed to hiring Supreme Comfort, scheduling a time for a technician to come was a breeze! David worked around my schedule and a technician was sent ASAP. On the day of my appointment, I received a phone call from David approximately 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment to verify that a technician was on his way. The technician arrived promptly and was very professional throughout the entire job. After the job was complete, David got me on the phone again to ensure that I was satisfied with the completed project (which I was). Like others have said, there are no hidden fees, and if the technician believes any additional costs may be incurred, they are upfront and honest about what the additional costs may be. If anything goes wrong with my heating or air conditioning unit in the future, it's nice to know a reliable and honest technician is only a phone call away! Fair pricing, professionalism, and excellent customer service!

David and his team were very professional and timely with their work. The technician who installed my dryer duct was on time and worked fast and quietly. I am so grateful that Thumbtack recommended Supreme Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning LLC. They came in and corrected the job that Home Depot contractors screwed up. I will definitely be using David's team for my heat pump.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute in 1991 from the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration (HVACR) program.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was always good with my hand. Taking apart stuff at home when I was little. After high school I decided to take up auto mechanics (never looked under the hood of a car) but after an evaluation the counselor at Lincoln tech said "I think you'll like HVAC better" & the rest is history! Lol
