I tend to stick with a standard fixed price arrangement when performing the work remotely due to the continence of work hours and for most of the common support request. I do have hourly options for education and more intensive tasks.

Review the questions/concerns/goals the customer has for the engagement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the IT field for 18 years. I have build custom computers (laptops and desktops), server, networks (wired and wireless, small, medium, large, and global), network/system administrator, and professional consulting.
