FG was pretty responsive and punctual and this is something that I liked and appreciated. Regarding the work done, not really satisfied. If I need to describe it in one word, “amateur work”. I had my kitchen sanded and painted and new handles and magnets installed. After the work was done, paint was all over the place at the spots where it not supposed to be, magnets falling off, paint unevenly applied etc. Exterior railing sanding and painting was not bad however they needed to come back 2 times because the very first time, right hand rail was not secured to the wall and left hand rail was still hanging out of the ground. After the second visit, it looked better. Do not plan to hire again, best of luck.
