- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process in beginning a new customer/client relationship is to start with a 30 minute conversation. We offer this complimentary session to each and every one of my prospective clients in order to ensure a good fit. This initial strategy session will help us get clear on what it is exactly that you'd like help in and how we're going to get there. If either one of us finds I am not the right expert for you, I will do my utmost to find a trusted colleague who may be. If we decide to move forward together, I will begin by sending some "pre-work" activities to get the ball rolling. Ultimately all decisions on pace and depth of work is up to the client. You will make the empowering choices and I will walk with you from day one as guide.
