Galen is the only generator professional I will ever call from now on. I had an extreme emergency in that I was getting an overcrank error and the generator would not turn over. My sump pump is connected and I had an out of town trip scheduled. No way could I leave wondering if my basement would flood if generator did not come on during power outage. Not only did Galen call within an hour, he moved his schedule and came out to assess. He surgically assessed the problem and got the generator humming again. Recommended an upgraded part to prevent the problem from happening again and kept me informed as to when the part was in and he came and did the repair. Beyond grateful for his expertise and willingness to go the extra mile to give a customer peace of mind. A really cool person and highly recommend him to any and every person with a generatorrepair/maintenance need!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do not charge to estimate a job if it is local. I make sure that that my customers understand what work I will do before I start
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As an Airman in the U.S. Air Force I achieved a journeyman, craftsman and master skill level in Electrical Power Production. I have also completed numerous training schools on specific generator systems to include Caterpillar, Generac, Cummins, and MTU
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As an Airman in the U.S. Air Force, I attended the electrical power production technical training school where I learned the basics of electrical generators. I went on to achieve a journeyman, craftsman and master skill level.
