Five stars isn’t enough. I hired this team for a full turnover clean across multiple units on my property in Baltimore, and they absolutely crushed it. Hands down the best deep clean I’ve ever had; every room, every surface, every detail was spotless. I’ve worked with a number of cleaners over the years, and this crew set a new bar. They were incredibly communicative and responsive from the jump. I had a long (and frankly demanding) list of tasks for them including wiping down walls, deep cleaning carpets and bathrooms, polishing floors, cleaning ceiling fans (some of which required a ladder), replacing smoke detector batteries, and even checking on a rust spot in one unit and they handled every single thing without cutting corners. They brought all their own supplies, including the heavy-duty stuff, and didn’t leave until the job was 100% done. They even tackled the small but annoying things, like post-handyman paint drips and hallway scuffs, and made sure all the shared spaces (hallways, stairs, foyer) looked immaculate. It’s rare to find people who care this much and follow through with this level of detail and pride in their work. I’ve already passed their info along to my realtor, who does property management, because good help is hard to find in Baltimore and this team is legit. I’ll be using them for every turnover going forward. Highly, highly recommend.
