Group Cleaning Service was great! Not only did they squeeze us in on short notice, they did a very thorough and detailed cleaning of our house. They paid attention to things other cleaners have missed in the past. We’re thrilled with their work and will definitely be hiring them for a regular cleaning.

I found Group Cleaning on Thumbtack and hired them based on prior positive reviews. I needed a deep clean of the entry way, living room and kitchen (it had been almost a year since we've had outside cleaners). I was going to evaluate them afterwards to then do the rest of the house. Xiomara and her team did an outstanding job of cleaning: wood floors/carpet, counters, appliances, shelves and counter items, even windows all clean and tidy. They will be coming back in two weeks for the other rooms and bathrooms. I will likely setup biweekly service following that.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The client must know that when a cleaning is weekly it is a low price when it is every two weeks it is another price when it is a month it is a higher price because the house is dirtier, I offer a discount when a client recommends me with their friends and I also get a discount when customers don't tire me
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well, first for me to work with a new client that I have to give him an estimate of everything that he will want in his house and give him the budget and I have to see that he is a calm and trustworthy person.
