Group Cleaning Service was great! Not only did they squeeze us in on short notice, they did a very thorough and detailed cleaning of our house. I found Group Cleaning on Thumbtack and hired them based on prior positive reviews. I needed a deep clean of the entry way, living room and kitchen (it had been almost a year since we've had outside cleaners). I was going to evaluate them afterwards to then do the rest of the house. Xiomara and her team did an outstanding job of cleaning: wood floors/carpet, counters, appliances, shelves and counter items, even windows all clean and tidy. They will be coming back in two weeks for the other rooms and bathrooms. I will likely setup biweekly service following that.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The client must know that when a cleaning is weekly it is a low price when it is every two weeks it is another price when it is a month it is a higher price because the house is dirtier, I offer a discount when a client recommends me with their friends and I also get a discount when customers don't tire me
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well, first for me to work with a new client that I have to give him an estimate of everything that he will want in his house and give him the budget and I have to see that he is a calm and trustworthy person.
