I hired Breeze Through for a one-time cleanup of a townhouse front yard in Alexandria that had gone completely wild — no maintenance in a LONG time- 275 square feet of pure overgrown mess. We're talking waist-high weeds, wisteria vines swallowing two fence lines and an arbor, and brush so thick you couldn't see the walkway. We needed a blank slate to start the yard over again.

From first contact to completed job: under 24 hours. I messaged yesterday evening with the address and scope. The crew arrived the next afternoon, assessed on-site, and sent me photos with a clear, itemized quote before starting any work ($200 for the full overgrowth cleanup, trimming, and haul-away). There was a nasty evergreen shrub I had forgotten about and they offered to remove it for an added charge. No pressure, fully transparent. I approved, and they had the entire yard cleared, bagged, and hauled away in about 2.5 hours. They also sent before/after photos without being asked.

For context, jobs like this typically run $400+, but they gave a break because the area was small and accessible. Communication through the app was prompt, professional, and specific at every step. I was managing this remotely and never felt out of the loop. Would absolutely hire again!
