Hector was the first plumbing that responded to my request around 8:30am. He ask what the problem was and gave me an estimated cost. He gave me serval updates on his arrival time. He was at my house within 1 1/2 hours of the initial call. He was able to make the repair within 20 minutes with quoted price of diagnostic problem. Hector was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend his company. I am upgrading my toilets Hector will be the company I use. Thanks again Hector for a job well done!
