Frankly, I do not even know what to rate the company since they stood us up for our initial meeting. We exchanged a few emails leading to a scheduled a meeting at our residence in Fairfax. I took the day off work, but nobody showed up or even bothered to follow up. It is fortunate they dropped the ball on this one because I was prepared to sign a contract with the company, and not only that, but I was prepared to refer a friend of mine to them! The company contact was friendly but obviously unreliable. This is not the property management company with whom I would want to trust my biggest investment.
