I was extremely nervous about renting my home. Tony and Armarni was very knowledgable about the industry and answered all of my questions. The price options are very ffordable and flexable for my situation. So far the tenant they found has been awesome during covid and I have enjoyed my experience being a client. They also manage my rental property! Highly recommended! I've already shared this resource to several of my friends with investment properties. This company is awesome! An absolute local treasure for landlords like myself.

The Lease Collection has consistently delivered quality services to my clients. I have referred several home owners to their management company, all which have reported being more than happy with services TLC has to offer. On more than one occasion, TLC has been able to reduce overhead and increase profit margins for my referred clients, going above and beyond their expectations. The CEO of TLC goes above and beyond to meet their needs. The straight forward approach to property management and real estate acquisitions is appealing in addition to the founders ability to create platforms to give back. Mr. Williams has accepted many invitations from us, speaking and conducting workshops for youth on how to build businesses and effective marketing strategies. I dont see anyone in the property management market adding a philanthropic block to their module. Best of all TLC is local, you know youre talking and engaging with real people to get real results.

Being military I was hesitant about renting my house out while moving overseas. Tony and just people did a great job. My house was rented when 2 weeks of me moving out. I have been very impressed with their work and commitment. They provided a piece of mind even though I am half way across the world

The agent that showed up for the walk-through was not the one that I was scheduled to meet with originally. She was very nice but did not seem to know much about the property or how to answer some of my questions. I was concerned with several items I found on the walk-through and I didn't get a clear understanding of how those items and when those items would be fixed. I wasn't advised how to go about putting in notes about the issues. I had to ask how to get those items repaired and was told to send something through your contact system. I'm used to receiving a checklist upon walk through when I rent or purchase homes. There was none of that. That was not the agent's fault, but I didn't feel as if these serious items I found were being formally noted or were going to be quickly taken care of. In fact, when I pointed out the serious stains in the carpet in the master bedroom, I was told that I could cover it up with a rug.Up to this point the Lease Collection has been very professional regarding getting me into the property, but I don't feel that the last step of this process of ensuring a safe, clean, and meachanically sound home is as high of a priority.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Upon your request, we provide you with a Free Rental Analysis for your property! When it comes to finding you a qualified tenant (Tenant Placement Services), we don't get paid until the job is done! Tenant Placement Commission is equal to first month asking rent. We fully screen tenant prospects (credit, income, background check, rental history, employment history etc.) and provide clients with results for final approval. Once approved, tenants will bring first month rent (Tenant Placement Commission) and Security Deposit before move-in. Due to our advance in-house marketing software, your property will be displayed on over 230+ real estate listing websites. Anywhere anyone is looking for a rental property, your home will be seen with high resolution and quality photos. Being said, It typically takes our team 17 days or less to find a qualified tenant for your property considering the listing price, size, location and features. Our Full-Services Property Management is only $85 per month flat rate per month. No hidden fees! No cancellation fees! No exclusive agent contracts! We do not charge a percentage of your rent as most property management companies often do. If clients are not happy with results, clients can cancel services anytime without paying any cancellation fees. As (licensed) real estate agents, we can also assist our clients with selling their homes upon request. Literally, a one-stop shop for all of your real estate needs!
