Upon your request, we provide you with a Free Rental Analysis for your property! When it comes to finding you a qualified tenant (Tenant Placement Services), we don't get paid until the job is done! Tenant Placement Commission is equal to first month asking rent. We fully screen tenant prospects (credit, income, background check, rental history, employment history etc.) and provide clients with results for final approval. Once approved, tenants will bring first month rent (Tenant Placement Commission) and Security Deposit before move-in. Due to our advance in-house marketing software, your property will be displayed on over 230+ real estate listing websites. Anywhere anyone is looking for a rental property, your home will be seen with high resolution and quality photos. Being said, It typically takes our team 17 days or less to find a qualified tenant for your property considering the listing price, size, location and features. Our Full-Services Property Management is only $85 per month flat rate per month. No hidden fees! No cancellation fees! No exclusive agent contracts! We do not charge a percentage of your rent as most property management companies often do. If clients are not happy with results, clients can cancel services anytime without paying any cancellation fees. Step 1. Contact us to schedule a Free Rental Analysis! Pur team will come meet you and conduct a brief in-person inspection of the property condition. Step 2. We review local comps and conduct additional due diligence to mutually agree on a rental price. Once agreed, we establish "at-will" agreements that gives us permission to market and manage your property. Once confirmed, we go to work! Step 3 We produce results, get paid a commission and continue to represent you and your rental home as a professional company while you sit back and collect your monthly cash-flow. As (licensed) real estate agents, we can also assist our clients with selling their homes upon request. Literally, a one-stop shop for all of your real estate needs!
