Hi, I’m Latasha, a mom of three. I began my love for balloon art 7 years ago when I planned my daughters fourth birthday and from there I created all the balloon installations for all my family’s birthday parties too! Twisty Twirly Balloons was created at the tail end of the Covid pandemic as a means to spread happiness and find joy in life’s little moments. In choosing us for your balloon decor, you will get a fully customized installation full of passion and precision. She did a great job putting up the balloon garland! She was on time and so kind. I brought some balloons for her to put up but she didn’t see them unfortunately 😢 but the garland and everything else that she did turned out beautifully!!

I cannot write enough to explain how thankful I am for Latasha and Twisty Twirly Balloons! I asked Latasha to do a backdrop for my sisters virtual baby shower. Latasha did a wonderful job. She was on time (she actually beat me to the venue, sorry), had great communication, quality products and the end result was amazing! My sister was so happy she cried and already wants Latasha to come back for the baby’s first birthday in 2023! 🤣 We have a ways before then but I am sure we will use Latasha’s services before then! Love love love our balloon garland. Latasha understood exactly what I wanted and brought my imagination into reality. Can’t thank her enough. I had to postpone the original event as my one year old got sick. She was understanding enough and flexible with the new date. We celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday on a yacht and I wanted a beautiful entrance on the main level doors. And that is exactly what I received. The balloons were gorgeous. Tasha was an amazing professional to work with. She was so patient with me in the beginning when I was not 100% sure of the color combination I wanted. But with her guidance and options we came together with an idea which she implemented beautifully. The quality of her work is really amazing and it even looks better in person. She was not on time, but she was before time. She arrived earlier than expected and was done by our arrival. I will definitely be using her again for my events.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Balloon garlands start at $25 per foot followed by an installation fee and a delivery fee of $1 per mile. On site installations have a minimum of $500 and outdoor installations have a flat rate surcharge of $125. Site visits are $75 up front and returned via credit back to the event balance. We offer a military discount of 10% on events over $500. Repeat customers receive additional discounts and referral bonuses.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the inquiry I gather as much knowledge about the event as possible and send an email estimate. After the estimate is reviewed and accepted it converts to an invoice. We require a 50% non refundable deposit to hold your date. Following deposit we confirm balloon color samples and order supplies.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
YouTube University 😂 No seriously I’ve perfected my craft over the past 7 years. Nothing teaches you better than hands on doing!
