We had the most amazing experience with our cartoonist for my daughter’s birthday party! CJ was incredibly talented, professional, and so patient with all the kids. Each drawing captured their personalities perfectly, and it quickly became everyone’s favorite part of the celebration. Our guests are still talking about it! CJ was the perfect entertainment for our corporate holiday party! Many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed their portrait. It was a great take away party gift too. CJ is extremely kind and was very responsive in answering all my questions and he confirmed and arrived early as well. I highly recommend his services for group events or parties!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process involves getting the details of the project, analyzing the specs of the project, and having the client provide me with photos or reference pictures. Once I have this information, I provide the client with an accurate quote. A half down deposit is due at the start of the project and the final deposit is due once the project is complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in Graphic Design from the Maryland Insitute College of Art (MICA).
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was self-taught in drawing and painting. Art started for me as a hobby, But going to college helped me improve my skills and master computer programs to further enhance my skills.
