Tim came by and assessed the situation quickly. He had the parts available and completed the repair and tested the system to ensure proper function. I would definitely hire again!

Tenant complaint that hvac was frozen 1. Instead of just coming out to inspect he said to let it thaw first. Any other company would come and charge you knowing they can’t inspect a frozen unit. 2. He let me know potential issues before the visit and gave cost upfront. Pricey are very responsible, anything less would be a disservice to him, so trust his prices. 3. He was available, punctual, and communicated well. I will use him for all my hvac issues going forward. Do you work on other things?! Because good contractors are hard to find these days 😊
