Mike was GREAT ..I have a business in Annapolis and the computer is very important to run my business ..Mike has a great personable attitude ..friendly. I received a phone call from mike and the next day he had the computer up and running better then when I first purchased the computer ..I highly recommend Mike for all computer repairs

Mike went the extra mile to make sure my problem was fixed extremely expediently and also made sure that I had the best possible solution for the situation that I was in. I can't recommend him highly enough, he went well above and beyond what I was hoping for and is extremely knowledgeable. If you want your computer issue fixed well and for a great, reasonable price, take it to Mike at altar tech!

Very nice people, very casual and professional and Mike in particular was very attentive. I thought my laptop port was malfunctioning. Other repair places online had spotty reviews and I've had other places downright refuse to fix a port before but Altar Tech were willing to do it for a really good price. Turns out it was a faulty cable not the laptop which was a relief. Everything worked out great!

Mike was awesome he quoted me on fixing a bug on my computer and when the task took more man hours to rid than usual he stuck by his original quote. Communication was great, always getting updates on the fix.

My laptop would not boot up. I was able to re-install the factory operating system, but "lost" all my files in the process. I asked Mike to recover any files that he could. Mike was pleasant, knowledgeable, fast and very reasonable He was able to recover many of my files and explain things as the job progressed. He was also very helpful in answering my questions and recommending some software. I would definitely be happy to return to Mike with any computer problems or questions.
