- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer monthly promos at times. We also offer a 10% off discount for decor packages with first time clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A questionnaire form to gather as much information as possible about your event and then a consultation. If the customer decides to book an invoice will be sent with all of the details discussed. A deposit of half is due at the time of booking to secure the event date. Once deposit is paid, planning process begins. The remaining balance is due 10days prior to the event.
