Black Lion Property Services came out to my townhome to fix some issues I was having, including an HOA violation that needed to be fixed. I had a great experience with them. A decorative shutter on the outside had blown off and needed to be fixed and reattached, a storm door was detaching from the door frame, and a brick was cracking up near my garage. Jose handled all the repairs efficiently and with great attention to detail. The shutter was secured back in place, the storm door was fixed so it was properly aligned, and he took care of the brick. Everything is looking great now, and the work was done professionally and promptly. I received excellent service and highly recommend Black Lion Property Services!

I first started using this family based business in 2018 & 2 019 to paint interior of house & condo. Since 2019 they have done built in shelves, pantry shelves, a roof, new siding, washed & painted deck & installed 3 external doors.
