Introduction: I teach all styles and forms of hip-hop-- beginner, intermediate and advance. I'm good with all ages as well. I will go over popping, locking, breaking, wacking, house, krump, etc. The client gets to pick his/her style (or styles) that he/she wants to learn or brush up on. This program will take lots of stretching, conditioning and dance fitness such as a type of hip-hop zumba.
