- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the nature of the service requested, I prefer to meet my customers in person whenever possible. This is important so we can go over all details of the job and answer any other questions you may have while we meet. By doing this I can give the most fair and accurate price.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be sure your landscaping professional is willing to meet with you in order to explain the process of the requested service, provide you with the necessary information on scheduling, payment etc. as well as provide insurance and references where necessary. I always do my best to provide any education to my customers when necessary, as well as make recommendations or changes to your plan if something you request may not be in your best interest before spending any money. It's extremely important to manage a customers expectations before going forward with a new project.
