FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing isn’t always the cheapest but it’s fair for both parties. Rarely if ever do I need to return for worked I’ve performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always request that my customers call me at their convenience for an introduction of myself and to discuss all aspects of the job. Voice conversations are very important when it comes to specificity and detail. Although texting keeps a record of the conversation, things can get lost in translation or taken out of context. Requesting the customer to send a picture of video of whatever it may be that he/she needs taken care of is beneficial for not only myself but the customer as well. Unfortunately, that doesn’t always give a clear view of the job, so a walkthrough is then performed. I like to talk and walk through the job with my customer whether it be on my notepad or onsite so we both have a mutual understanding of the tasks at hand. Lastly, once the job is completed, we typically do a final inspection. Payment is handled as well. I always leave a business card for future projects the customer may be considering.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15+ years in commercial structural wiring. 5+ years of residential A/V and security installation. 5+ years residential mowing & mulching.
