I am so happy with the quick and courteous service I received from Easter's tech Chris. He repaired my broken deadbolt on my primary entrance door and even took care of another issue on my front door. The price of repair was very fair. I also like that this is a FAMILY owned local business.

We walked in on a weekday to get a small lockbox opened that the key was lost to years ago. Quick service and good people. Will go here for all future key and lock needs.

I visited this store to get a vehicle key made, it was fast and reasonably priced. Its not a lot of places that make vehicle keys accurately. I love the fact you can get a FREE security yard sign. I recommend coming here instead of spending much more money at the dealers.

I called to get two locks changed and they wanted to charge me hourly and not just for the flat service. I thought this was very odd, why would time factor in with a professional tinkering around with a deadbolt.
