I am so grateful for Alex from Locksmith on Duty. We recently installed a digital keypad to our front door and accidentally threw the master key away. I contacted Schlage and they recommended I contact a locksmith or go to Lowe’s/Home Depot. I went to Lowe’s and was told they could not help me. I searched on google for a locksmith near me and reached out to 3 different companies. Locksmith On Duty was the only company to respond. They replied to my message at 2:30 and was able to send a tech to my house at 3:30. I appreciate the quick response and the price was very reasonable.
