- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flexible schedules to fit your needs and the needs of your dog. Most visits are an hour in length at your home and cost $40 per visit. You can pay in cash or check.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session typically takes 1 1/2 hours to get to know you, your pet and what are your expectations. We will discuss and develop a training program using only positive training methods so that your canine learns basic good manners and can progress to higher skills if you are interested in competition
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the health care sector as a physical therapist and manager of people. During these years I have owned and trained dogs and horses. I use only positive methods to teach you and your dog.
