Hi I'm Sherrye! 18 year yoga practitioner. Life long yoga student and sometimes a teacher. I specialize in breath centered vinyasa and hatha style yoga. Breath and Balance Wellness offers a variety of yoga classes and wellness workshops. Our classes and workshops are designed to meet you where you are, so that you feel free to ask questions, move at your own pace, and embrace the process. My son had the pleasure of working with Sherrye. He plays a lot of different sports such as football, wrestling, baseball etc. One of his coaches mentioned he needed to work on his core and hips. My son really enjoyed his sessions and I loved how patient Sherrye was with him. I know some people dont enjoy working with kids but Im glad that was not the case with Sherrye. After a few sessions he started to show improvement in practice with the drills. His progress continued after each session. My son had fun and was relaxed after his sessions. Favorite yoga pose is tree!!
