- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with listening to the problem as described by the customer. Then we preform a free diagnostic to determine the root cause of the problem. This allows us to give the best repair and solution to someone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone to technical training school with over 15 years of experience working from Best Buy's Geek squad, private companies, and large health care facilities.
