Jarrett was the absolute best! He's communicative, punctual, and professional. He's also very kind and respectful. Jarrett responded quickly to my inquiry regarding a celining fan installation and was able to knock the project out quickly! Jarrett contacted me immediately and scheduled a service call. He arrived on time and discovered the problem immediately. Although the issue appeared resolved, the problem occurred again. I contacted Jarrett and he returned during the weekend. After a thorough inspection of the attic, fixtures, and the breaker box, he found the culprit. A recently installed bathroom exhaust fan was causing the partial blackout. Jarrett refused to charge me for the 2nd appointment. I insisted that he allow me to compensate him. I appreciate his professionalism, diligence, and work ethic. I informed him that I will be contacting him for all of our electrical needs.

Great guy, super friendly. Knowledgeable. Extremely fair in his prices. He spent a significant amount of time at my home dealing with what I thought would be a simple issue of some light switches I didn't wire properly. Come to find out the switches were defective. He was more than fair with pricing and his time. He's just getting started on Thumbtack but I have no doubt he will make a name for himself. So don't be afraid to give him a try even though he has limited reviews (albeit all positive). We all have to start our hustles somewhere. Give him a go, you won't be disappointed.
