- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Base hourly price is $75 with no service charge (from Elkridge to Frederick) $85 hourly price for out of area (+ $40 service charge). One hour minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak with customer over the phone to understand scope of work. Provide estimated price for work and an estimate of how many hours it will take to complete. Once at location review estimate price with customer and any issues that may arise (things unseen for example mold or infestation within walls). Once all parties agree work is scheduled and completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been a general contractor for 10+ years renovating homes, building patio enclosures, decks, painting, drywall, plumbing and electric work.
