- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flat-rate and transparent, based on the size, condition, and scope of the space—not hourly rush jobs. This allows us to maintain quality, consistency, and attention to detail. Places with pets, laundry service, window, baseboards, oven cleaning and refrigerator cleaning are add on services. A booking deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward the total cost. Pricing may vary if the property requires heavy buildup removal, move-in/move-out detailing, or specialty services. We offer recurring service discounts for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly clients.
