Very nice person, but the cleaning wasn't that great. Stuck to the counters and floors. Asked specifically for the shower and light fixtures due to limited range after back surgery. Had to ask someone to come and do those areas after paying to have them cleaned.

Nicole appeared to be very good at her job. She was communicative about her process, her schedule. She was on time. She did a great job with cleanng my townhome.

Unfortunately, she broke my oven glass and put both feet in my sink and it separated from the countertop. There were two clear footprints. It was my fault for trusting her in my home by herself. However, no one expects this. She left my house and didn't communicate this major destruction of my property.

Now, what was an easy cleanup is costing me more money than the job was worth.
