Well, I am never using any other security details unless it is Crossroads. While they were duly carrying out their duties, even the guests they were screening came back to me asking how I found them and how they loved their professionalism. Not one complaint, not one drama, above all, very classy, very neat, very easy to work it and the most polite gentle Jack I have ever met. LOL Thank you Crossroads! I will be back!

I cannot give Mr. Travis (Trey) Nivens enough accolades for how incredible of a professional he was to work with, especially on such a momentous day as a wedding day! My (now husband) and I hired Trey as security for our wedding and we are both so glad we did! From the beginning of our communication, Trey was so incredibly professional, kind, sincere, and really put my heart at ease while I was dealing with the stressful task of planning a wedding. In fact, during one of our first few planning calls, I remember just being so astounded at how professional he was and how seriously he took his job and responsibility of ensuring safety and security from beginning to end. That in itself was very reassuring to me. I felt uneasy about hiring security in the first place, especially for a formal black-tie wedding you don’t want anything to seem out of place or draw attention, and Trey and his associate really met the mark of being present and making my husband and I feel secure that the day would unfold smoothly without any hiccups, and did so without ever drawing even an ounce of unnecessary attention to the fact that we even had security there. Him and his associate both went the extra mile to dress in black-tie attire so that they were able to blend in with the guests, and I really appreciated that! Not only that, but his energy was so sincerely caring and kind every step of the way. From our first call to even after the wedding, he was present and checked in regularly to make sure all was going, and went, as expected; Trey’s presence brought so much peace of mind to my husband and I. Not only were his security skills impressive, logistically and just truly a class-act over all, but furthermore he even did my husband and I the honor of being our driver for the day, picking me up from where I got ready, taking me to the Ceremony, bringing my husband and I to where we took our photos, then to the reception, and was then present until the very last person exited the reception, and even then checked in with me just to make sure all was well and that I felt comfortable with him leaving before he did so. I would strongly recommend Trey without a single reservation to anyone looking for a security professional who truly is professional, kind, courteous, attentive, and someone that you can most definitely trust to make sure all goes as planned and that will not only meet, but exceed, any and all expectations. Highly recommend the Crossroads Protection team. Our event was a one night semi-private party at a gallery in a very popular neighborhood. Leo showed up and did his job with ease and vigilance. He observed the crowd to ensure we didn’t have bargoers stumbling in, and yet blended right in. He made rounds of the space, checking the back door every 30 minutes or so, and was helpful to our guests. He dressed in a suit and tie and looked very classy. I would absolutely hire them again!

I must say Travis was extremely professional and responded very quickly. I was skeptical on hiring someone from this site however Travis far exceeded my expectations. I hired him for personal security protection. Anyone would be crazy to not hire him.
