FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Projects are structured and priced based on scope rather than hourly time. Minimum project investment is $750. Most projects range from $750–$2,700 depending on the number of spaces and level of organization needed. Pricing includes hands-on organizing, system setup, and thoughtful planning for long-term results. Travel outside the immediate service area may include a fee. Organizing products are purchased separately as needed and approved in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Complementary 30-Minute Intro Call We’ll talk through your space, goals, timeline, and decide whether we are a good fit. Schedule Your Session Once we agree on the scope, we’ll book your organizing session and get everything on the calendar. Project Day We’ll declutter and organize together in a focused session. You make the final decisions on what stays or goes, and I’ll handle donation drop-offs and any product returns afterward. You’ll also receive simple strategies to keep your space functional long-term. Please note: I am not a maid service, interior designer, or contractor. My role is to help you create functional, sustainable systems that work for your lifestyle. If deep cleaning, design, or construction is needed, I’m happy to recommend additional resources.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals (NAPO) and stay current with best practices in professional organizing. In addition, my professional background in fast-paced, detail-driven environments has strengthened my skills in problem-solving, systems thinking, and working calmly through complex situations — all of which translate directly into effective home organizing.
