- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are $85 per hour with a 3-hour minimum per session. Most organizing projects require multiple sessions depending on the space and goals. I offer discounted packages for larger or multi-room projects. Pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees, and we’ll always discuss scope and expectations up front so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a free consultation to understand your space, goals, and challenges. During our sessions, we work side-by-side to declutter, organize, and set up simple systems that fit your lifestyle. I guide the process with encouragement and clear steps, but decisions are always yours. Each session ends with a wrap-up and recommendations to help you maintain progress between visits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals (NAPO) and stay current with best practices in professional organizing. In addition, my professional background in fast-paced, detail-driven environments has strengthened my skills in problem-solving, systems thinking, and working calmly through complex situations — all of which translate directly into effective home organizing.
