Great response time to all communication. Multiple check ins by owner while work being done. Disappointed with cleanup. Sawdust all over my flowers, a little roofing debris in flower bed. Did great placing a tarp over flower beds. during work, but unfortunately, debris/sawdust left on flowers with tarp removal. I understand that a small amount of debris left over is expected, but disappointed by owners defensive and dismissive attitude over my concerns. They offered to replace broken ADT sign. Overall good job. Roof and gutters look good from what I can see on the ground. .

I hired Chesco to replace my flat roof and rooftop deck boards. The work quality and pricing were good. The main point of contact, Nick, was great - super friendly, professional and helpful. The three star rating is due to the owner’s overzealous collections practices that bordered on intimidation. To be clear, I paid each of the three installments within a day or two after they were requested (they worked on my rental so I needed to make time to check the work). The owner would contact me several times about payment starting almost immediately after completing each phase of the project. After near completion, I mentioned that two small items that his worker verbally agreed to complete were left unfinished. While he committed to getting them taken care of he nonetheless became a bit aggressive about demanding payment. This was the day after they finished the job, two hours after I went to check out the work. All of this left a bad taste in my mouth. I was planning to have them quote two additional projects but will look elsewhere now.
