I took the leap of faith to start my company several years ago with the honest desire to provide top quality work at a reasonable rate. After years of hearing various horror stories in reference to home renovations and particularly roofing. Especially recently with an influx of companies developing the corporate mentality of the bottom line being the only motivator and losing sight of the most important asset a company has which is a happy customer base. Also for me being raised by a contractor who believed in under promising and over delivering along with no matter what always do what you say. Lastly as a home owner myself raising a family in today's world I know it can be overwhelming so I truly believe and desire to be apart of the solution and not the problem. I have mentioned all the above to express the fact I believe in Honesty Integrity and Service. These are the backbone of who we are however be advised don't take my word that we are part of the solution consider we are GAF Certified (largest roofing material producer) BBB accredited Licensed by the state of MD. and fully insured.

Great response time to all communication. Multiple check ins by owner while work being done. Disappointed with cleanup. Sawdust all over my flowers, a little roofing debris in flower bed. Did great placing a tarp over flower beds. during work, but unfortunately, debris/sawdust left on flowers with tarp removal. I understand that a small amount of debris left over is expected, but disappointed by owners defensive and dismissive attitude over my concerns. They offered to replace broken ADT sign. Overall good job. Roof and gutters look good from what I can see on the ground. .

I hired Chesco to replace my flat roof and rooftop deck boards. The work quality and pricing were good. The main point of contact, Nick, was great - super friendly, professional and helpful. The three star rating is due to the owner’s overzealous collections practices that bordered on intimidation. To be clear, I paid each of the three installments within a day or two after they were requested (they worked on my rental so I needed to make time to check the work). The owner would contact me several times about payment starting almost immediately after completing each phase of the project. After near completion, I mentioned that two small items that his worker verbally agreed to complete were left unfinished. While he committed to getting them taken care of he nonetheless became a bit aggressive about demanding payment. This was the day after they finished the job, two hours after I went to check out the work. All of this left a bad taste in my mouth. I was planning to have them quote two additional projects but will look elsewhere now.
