- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free inspections. Our inspectors are salary based with our company and will never try to hard pressure sell for a commission. We offer standard discounts but you will always get our best price right up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we complete an assessment and a customer decides to move forward, they will receive an email with contact information for all of the people who will be working with them through the process. Scheduling happens immediately if permitting is not required. Otherwise within 24 hours our permit tech will reach out with required documents to start that process and discuss a proposed timeline. Worldwide will stay in touch with our clients through the entire permitting and installation process ensuring they are happy from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has safety training monthly. OSHA training every 5 years. We are certified in Mold remediation and that is renewed every 2 years. All of our crews go through training with Fortress for our structural products.
