Best ever, received a phone call from them, was able to fully explain the situation and get answers to my questions without texting back and forth. Set an appointment for Monday at 3-5 pm. I received a phone call at noon on Monday, he asked if he could arrive early, I said yes, he was here at 12:30.😊 He went right to work , fixed the issue, helped me to restock the dryer and the price was acceptable.

Rafael was very pleasant and professional. My fridge had a fan error code and He gave me an alternative to try to defrost my refrigerator to see if that works before just taking my money buying new parts and having me pay for labor unnecessarily. And guess what, that worked! I didn’t need to call him back to Fix anything. I would recommend him and will definitely call him for any appliance and HVAC needs!

Rafail exceeded my expectations. I needed my grandmother's washer repaired so I submitted the job request. He responded to my job request less than a minute after I submitted it by message and phone call. Rafail came out to assess the job on Wednesday 11/2/22, told me the cost, ordered the parts and today 11/4/22 he repaired the washer which works fine now. If you need your appliances repaired I recommend Rafail. Rafail was polite, responsive, punctual, had fair prices and did an amazing job!!!!!
