When I contacted them I got an immediate response. Questions were answered and, after sending pictures of my disgusting tub and tiles, I received a quote for work to be done. Trust me, I was afraid I would be turned because the tub and old grouting was so bad. Mr Hernandez immediately picked up on one missing tile on the side of the tub! We set a date and today his technician showed up right on time.
Eliseo was an angel. I was fumbling with words because I was so embarrassed by the condition of the tub and everything else in there. He smiled and explained how I should clean the tub and walls once the work was done. He didn't mind all the dogs and cats that I was trying to contain!
When he finished I could not believe my eyes! You can see for yourself in the pictures! I couldn't help myself...I hugged Eliseo! Thank you, Mr Hernandez and especially Eliseo!!

I spoke to the owner a while back and he was very patient, responsive, and professional. He made the process seamless and the technician that was sent out did the tub under 3 hours with breaks in between. For the speed, quality, know-how, and professionalism the price was extremely reasonable.
