- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts are typically not offered. However, sequential service charges on one invoice will be discounted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greeting them, getting information about the problem, scheduling a time to meet, gathering information, giving an estimate and time to completion, performing repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over a year working for various repair stores before opening my own. Constant ongoing research and education about technology and new repair methods.
