- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is calculated through our Quickbooks account and the type of project we are working on. A detailed estimate would be put together from our studio for the client to review before we start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A free consultation with the client to see the work they are looking to have done. After our conversation, we write an estimate from our discussions and send it over to the potential client. If the client approves the estimate, we send over a contract that will need reviewed by the client, signed if approved, and sent back over to us. Once this is completed, we will send the invoice over (50% needs to be paid down for the client to show their commitment before work starts) and a Welcome Packet. From there, the project begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our studio consists of a combined total of 30+ years of experience. Both owners have Bachelor's Degrees from the University of Baltimore and have been in business for seven and a half years. The studio is constantly refreshing Adobe Certified Professional Certifications and getting extra training through portals such as LinkedIn Learning and Udemy.
