What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always prefer to meet customers and inspect the job before giving them a quote so I can give them a proper job estimate, if customer accepts the quote there will be an official contract written and deposit required.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed company that follows all safety and work quality protocols.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad has been installing roofs and gutters for 21 years, he teaches me everything about roofing and gutters, it took me about 5 months to learn everything about how to install a roof, not every roof is the same, some has a lot of little details like valleys, flashing walls, apron flashing and that’s something you don’t learn of how to do it in a week or a month, now I enjoy what I do and since customers put their projects in our hands our priority is to make them happy with the end results
