- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pay-Pro charges a flat administrative fee with a scaled pricing tier that is based on the client's volume of work and/or employees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon taking on a new customer, I conduct an initial review to fully understand the clients needs and expectations. During this review, I ask very detailed questions to ensure that going forward the client is serviced properly without having to incur errors and issues due to misunderstanding as to the clients needs. If errors and issues do arise due to a break down in my due diligence, the client never pays.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelors Degree in Business Management, a Masters Degree in Professional Accounting and Taxation and hold the Certified Payroll Professional designation with the American Payroll Association. I also hold a Professional Bookkeeper designation with Universal Accounting.
